IMPORTANT NOTICE (14/03/2019): There is an important update regarding the transition of Primary Care Medical services at TG Medical Centre. Please click here for further information.
We aim to provide all of our patients with a comprehensive range of healthcare services, covering one-off problems to long-term illnesses. Feel free to explore the site and find out how you and your family can benefit from our personal and professional approach to healthcare provision. We aim to practice modern, evidence-based medicine to the highest standards.
As well as being able to see when we are open at the click of a mouse, we’ve made it easier for you to do a number of things. You can book/amend/cancel your doctors appointments online, order your repeat medication and view your medical records all from the comfort of your own home. Please ask our reception team for an online registration form for Patient Access - we require two forms of identification (one must be photographic) with you when you ask for your registration form:
Registering is easy with online forms also available and appointment slots to suit most patients’ timetables. You’ll enjoy a confidential service in comfortable surroundings from a helpful and dedicated team.
Comments and feedback from patients are important to the practice. Your views can inform us on the services we deliver. Comments can be left online through NHS Choices, via a comments slip at reception or via email to wiccg.tgmc@nhs.net.
In addition to our website, we also have Facebook and Twitter accounts. These, like this website, are also updated with the latest news and developments:
