Complaints
We are fortunate that these are rare at our practice. We hope that this reflects our commitment to patient care.

If you do have a complaint then please let us know as soon as soon as possible. You can ask to speak to our Practice Manager (Helen Jones) or use the contact forms on this website and allow us the opportunity to try to put things right through our thorough in-house complaints procedure. If you would like to email your complaint, please call our main number on 0151 625 5700 and a designated email address can be supplied.

We take a constructive approach to complaints and, if they do occur, we action and learn from the problem in order to improve our services.

Suggestions
We always welcome feedback on the service that we provide. If you wish to make suggestions for improvements then we would be very pleased to hear from you. If you are dissatisfied with the service that we provide then please take advantage of our practice complaints procedure.
